Reverend Carol Ighele is a leading teacher of the gospel with many signs and wonders following her ministry.
After graduating with a business degree from Université d'Orléans in France and working for over 14 years in the banking and finance sector, she resigned into full-time ministry.
Her passion for women and families birthed the vision of When Mama Prays and has fueled its growth from a few women to thousands of women around the world.
Rev. Carol's ministry is marked by her wisdom, compassion, the demonstration of God's power, and her famous trademark smile.
She has co-pastored Holy Spirit Mission Church also known as the Happy Family Center for over 35 years with her husband who is the general overseer, Bishop Charles Ighele.
They are a dynamic couple with a unique marriage and family ministry that has blessed many homes through their television ministry.
Fondly referred to as 'Happy Family', Bishop Charles and Reverend Carol have organized many marriage seminars around the country under the Marriage Promise Keepers arm of their ministry and have hosted several ministers' conferences and parenting workshops. They have authored marriage and family-building books and devotionals.
Their marriage of 36 years is blessed with children- biological and adopted, and grandchildren.

A passionate speaker who learned to pray from her mama, (Rev. Carol Ighele), Pastor Noja leads When Mama Prays North America- a movement dedicated to bringing revival to the families in the continent of North America. She also coordinates events for When Mama Prays within and outside Nigeria. She is married to her best friend, Pastor Daniel, and they have 4 beautiful children together.

Pastor Vicky is responsible for encouraging and maintaining the culture of When Mama Prays by being an active leader in our ever-growing community. She plays a crucial role in counseling and praying for women across our many prayer platforms. She is married and blessed with 4 children.
PASTOR HELEN UWEMAKPAN
Community Outreach Coordinator
Pastor Helen has been inspiring our community since joining When Mama Prays almost 10 years ago. She brings a wealth of experience and energy to our meetings and all of our activities where she coordinates our many community activities.
Pastor Helen is married and is a mother of 3 grown children.
DEACONESS BUNMI THOMPSON
Partnership and Membership Coordinator
After experiencing God's healing power at When Mama Prays many years ago, Bunmi Thompson pitched her tent and has never looked back. She actively manages our membership, ensuring each woman is cared for, loved, and ministered to. She also oversees the covenant partners- a group of women who financially support When Mama Prays monthly. Bunmi is married to Pastor Sunny and they have 4 children.
OGHOGHO IGHELE-MODESTE
Communication and Relations
Oghogho is an internationally trained communication and relations expert with a heart for women, families, and communities. She has served in When Mama Prays under the leadership of her mother, Rev. Carol from her teenage years and continues to actively support our women's ministry in internal and external communication.
She is married to Jonathan Modeste and together they have 2 beautiful daughters.
